Tidal Wave engineers, deploys, and manages end-to-end private 5G networks from mines to international airports.
One partner. One stack. Total ownership.
Trusted by Leading Enterprises
Think of it as your own private mobile network. One that covers your entire site, that you fully own and control, and that keeps working even where normal Wi-Fi and public signal can't reach.
Full coverage over mines, ports, plants, and remote zones. Exactly where regular Wi-Fi and public mobile signal fall short.
Everything runs on your own network, on your own premises. Your data never leaves your site or passes through a public carrier.
Dedicated capacity and guaranteed uptime, so your cameras, sensors, and machines keep running when it matters most.
Private 5G networks live across the world's most demanding industrial environments.
Public networks were built for consumers shared, congested, and outside your control. Private 5G gives your operation dedicated spectrum, guaranteed performance, and data that never leaves your site.
Most enterprise network deployments drag on for years. Ours don't. Our engineers run the entire process from first survey to go-live and hand over a network that works on day one.
Our engineers run a full site survey mapping every coverage zone, capacity requirement, and integration point with your existing IT and OT systems before a single piece of hardware ships.
Compact plug-and-play radios, a cloud-native core, and NMS that connects to your existing systems typically live within days of arrival on site. Your operations don't stop for us.
Around-the-clock visibility through the NMS platform. SLA-backed support, proactive alerts, and QoS analytics.
Most 5G deployments involve multiple vendors and no one responsible for the whole. We build every layer of the stack which means one point of accountability when performance is on the line.
Public carriers were built for consumers. Your mine, airport, or refinery wasn't.
Every industry we serve has one thing in common connectivity failures have consequences.

Private 5G is not a future technology. It's live today in mines, on runways, and across factory floors.
Every deployment on this page is a live network. Every number is measured, not projected.

A public-sector mining group needed field-proven evidence not lab demos. Tidal Wave deployed a Private 5G Centre of Excellence alongside a live mine site, establishing a 200 km real-time HD video and data link while validating BVLOS drones, IoT sensors, and AGV operations under actual field conditions.

A major international airport needed perimeter surveillance without excavating for cable. Tidal Wave deployed Private 5G covering 410+ metres across parking zones, rotaries, and access roads delivering stable HD video over 5G, with zero civil works and multi-vendor camera interoperability from day one.

A Tier-1 copper processing plant was losing money to blending inaccuracies and siloed IT/OT systems. Private 5G unified the entire plant tracking raw material inventory to 1-foot accuracy, giving operators mobility across every zone, and enabling smart automated alerts that cut decision latency on the floor.
Explore Case StudyThe questions buyers ask in the first technical call. Short, direct answers.
Private 5G is a dedicated cellular network deployed for a single organisation's use, typically inside a defined site such as a mine, airport, factory, port, or military base. It runs on the same 5G standard as public mobile networks, but the radio, the core network, and the user devices serve only that customer's people, machines, and applications.
The differences that matter to industrial buyers: private 5G gives you predictable capacity instead of competing for public-network bandwidth, sub-millisecond control over latency, end-to-end security inside the site perimeter, and a network that keeps working when the public mobile network does not.
Yes. India permits private 5G deployments through frameworks defined by the Department of Telecommunications. Buyers can deploy a captive non-public network (CNPN) on their own site, or work with a licensed service provider who builds and operates the network for them.
Tidal Wave guides buyers through the regulatory selection during the first technical consultation. For most industrial sites, both pathways are viable.
Timelines vary by site complexity. A multi-site open-pit mine or large refinery is typically 12-24 weeks from contract signature, including site survey, radio planning, regulatory clearances, deployment, integration, and acceptance testing.
Private 5G economics are driven by site size, number of radios, device count, and operating model (customer-managed vs. fully managed). For a small site, capital costs are in the low crore range. A large open-pit mine or multi-terminal port runs into the tens of crores including civils, devices, and integration.
Total cost of ownership is the right comparison, not capex alone. Buyers typically replace a mix of Wi-Fi, leased lines, two-way radio, and DAS infrastructure. We provide site-specific TCO models during pre-sales.
Wi-Fi 6 works well for office environments and indoor consumer-grade use. It struggles in industrial settings: large outdoor sites with metal structures, moving vehicles, hazardous zones, and use cases where downtime costs lakhs per minute.
Private 5G handles industrial environments by design. A single 5G radio typically covers 1-3 km versus 30-50 metres for a Wi-Fi 6 access point. On the same site, the two often coexist: Wi-Fi for office areas, private 5G for operational areas.
Network-in-a-Box is a self-contained 5G network (radio, core, edge compute, and network management) packaged in a single deployable unit. Power it on, point its radio at the area you need covered, and you have a working private 5G network in minutes.
It is built for sites where rolling out conventional infrastructure is impractical or too slow: remote project sites, forward operating bases, disaster-recovery scenarios, temporary deployments, exploration camps, and pilots.
